YAKIMA, Wash.-Yakima Police are advising drivers to use caution in the area of W. Chestnut Ave. and 66th Ave after multiple reports of tires being popped, due to sharp objects being thrown in the road.
According to a social media post from the YPD, “Caltrops,” sharp multi-sided objects that are about two-inches tall have been thrown in the area.
Anyone who sees any suspicious activity in the area or whose car is damaged in the area is asked to contact YPD at 509-249-6874.
