HERMISTON, Ore. – Umatilla County Fire District #1 was called to a vehicle fire today at Bert’s Auto Salvage on Baggett Lane.
According to UCFD #1, several cars were on fire in the lot when they arrived. With the help of the Bert’s Auto crane team and other mutual aid crews, the fire is now under control.
UCFD #1 will remain on scene to continue putting out hotspots. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
