YAKIMA, Wash.-The Yakima County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a bicyclist on the 20000 block of Ahtanum Rd.
YCSO Deputies responded to the scene around 2:17 p.m. on September 29 and found a 69-year-old man bleeding from the head after a passerby called 911.
Deputies provided first aid and the man was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he ultimately died from his injuries on September 30.
The YCSO is asking anyone who witnessed the incident or any homeowner in the area that may have video to come forward.
