YAKIMA, Wash.- The Yakima Greenway will host its 15th annual turkey trot 5k fun run,
The fun run will take place thanksgiving morning along the Yakima Greenway, you are encouraged to wear a fun costume or bring well-behaved dogs on leash.
Everyone who participates in the 5k fun run or walk will receive a Turkey Trot medal.
The prize for the fastest runner in the adult youth and child category will be a pie from YUM Bakery!
The fun run will be on Thursday, November 23. check-in and late registration will be from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Turkey pardon will be at 8:45 a.m. and the race will begin at 9 a.m.
The starting location will be at Sarg Hubbard Park, 111 South 18th Street, Yakima, Washington.
