PASCO, Wash.- Pasco Police Department is asking for help to locate a missing 10-year-old girl.
Esmeralda Lizbeth Rizo was last seen at Captain Gray Elementary.
She was last seen wearing a green camouflage rain jacket black puma tennis shoes and a black backpack.
