Motorcyclist hospitalized after crash with front end loader in Walla Walla

WALLA WALLA, Wash.-The driver of a motorcycle is in the hospital after getting into a crash with a front-end loader on Nov. 21.

According to the Washington State Patrol both the front end loader and the motorcycle were moving northbound on Division St. near Edgewood St. when the loader tried to make a U-turn and was hit by the motorcycle.

After hitting the loader, the motorcycle left the road and then hit a fence. The driver, a 21-year-old Walla Walla man, was not wearing a helmet according to the WSP and was transported to Providence St. Mary’s Medical Center after the crash.

The driver of the front end loader, a 41-year-old Walla Walla man, was uninjured in the crash and may face charges, according to the WSP.
