Man arrested in Kennewick for allegedly exposing self in parking lot

KENNEWICK, Wash. – A 21-year-old man was arrested in Kennewick for allegedly exposing himself to a woman in a parking lot, according to a press release from the Kennewick Police Department.

KPD says on April 12, the man allegedly approached a vehicle in a parking lot on North Columbia Center Boulevard and exposed himself to the woman inside.

Four days later on April 16, the same man reportedly contacted another woman in a parking lot near West Metaline Avenue and North Edison Street. That incident is still under investigation.

Detectives later identified the man and found him in a residence in the 500 block of North Edison Street. He was arrested for indecent exposure in reference to the April 12 event and booked him into jail.
