KENNEWICK, Wash.- Benton County Fire District 1 responded to a small fire on W. Umatilla Ave. near the intersection with Edison.
According to the BCFD, an electrical transformer nearby likely caused the fire. The fire was small and did not threaten any homes or buildings.
Benton County PUD is aware of the fire and has responded to any residents experiencing outages.
