Downed powerline and shed fire requires first responders to work together

RICHLAND, Wash.- According to a Facebook post made by the Richland Police Department, a downed powerline and shed fire required teamwork from multiple first responders.

At 12:15 a.m. on Oct. 25 officers arrived to help Richland Fire and Emergency Services, a powerline had broken and created a live wire in the roadway.

According to RPD, the City of Richland electrical services quickly responded to turn off power in the area.

A shed had also caught fire in the same location according to RPD.

Crews were able to work together to quickly resolve the issue.
