DermaHealth to provide free skin cancer screenings on March 15

TRI-CITIES, Wash. – DermaHealth Dermatology and Dermasurgery is offering a free skin cancer screening on Fri., March 15 to help keep the Tri-Cities community healthy.

According to a press release, skin cancer is the most common cancer worldwide. One in five Americans are estimated to develop skin cancer in their lifetime, however 99 percent of skin cancer patients survive when it is detected early.

DermaHealth says screenings are quick and painless and can potentially save lives.

Walk-ins are accepted, however DermaHealth recommends scheduling an appointment by calling 509-783-2004. The event goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
