According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash has been cleared and all lanes have been reopened.

A crash on I-90 seven miles west of Cle Elum at milepost 78 has reduced traffic down to a single lane heading westbound according to the Washington State Patrol.
Drivers should expect backups and delays if travelling westbound. Injuries have yet to be reported.
