GRANDVIEW, Wash. – According to Casey Schliperoort of the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office, a crash closed the intersection of Hornby Road and Belma Road in Grandview.

Schliperoort says two cars were involved in a T-bone collision at the intersection. Two people are reportedly being transported to local hospitals via ambulance.

Hornby Road is also closed from Charvet to Belma and Walnut Lane. The roads will reopen when tow trucks move the vehicles involved in the crash.

Schliperoort says people should avoid the area and find an alternate route.
