FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash.-
According to Washington State Patrol, early Sunday morning, just before 2:30, two men were in a car going northbound on SR 395.
WSP says at milepost 36, 11 miles north of Pasco, the car went off the road and rolled.
The 33-year-old driver from Connell died at the hospital and the 24-year-old passenger was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
WSP says the passenger was wearing a seatbelt but the driver was not.
