The Richland Police Department says the area is now cleared and opened again.

An investigation is being conducted by the Richland Police Department on the 1400 block of Hains Avenue near Leslie Groves Park, according RPD on Facebook.
RPD calls for the public to avoid the area and says that more information will be released as it becomes available.
