Dramatic footage shows the immediate aftermath after a car crashed into an emergency room.
The car burst through the ER lobby at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas, killing one and injuring five.
The video shows the car in the ER’s lobby, tires still skidding on the floor causing smoke to billow into the room.
People can be seen getting treatment from doctors and nurses present and appearing to call for help
The crash, which took place around 5:38 pm on Tuesday, underwent preliminary inspection and was deemed unintentional by Austin Police.
The driver was extricated from the car by the fire department and given CPR but was pronounced dead at the scene.
