State Patrol investigating two wrong-way crashes in Tri-Cities. One sent two to the hospital

PASCO, Wash. — A DUI-related crash sent two people to the hospital early Sunday morning.

According to the Washington State Patrol, a 26-year-old Hermiston man drove southbound on US 395 in the northbound lanes in Pasco. He hit a 37-year-old Kennewick woman who was driving northbound on US 395 in the correct lane. Both drivers were transported to local hospitals.

Officials said both drivers will face DUI charges, with additional wrong-way driver and no headlight charges for the Hermiston man.
