RICHLAND, Wash. – The City of Richland Government posted a video on Facebook on Friday afternoon showing off a new public art piece being installed at Lee Landing in Howard Amon Park.
The art piece, titled “Round and Round,” is the first of three sculptures by Bernard Hosey to be installed in Richland.
The eight foot in diameter ball was donated to city by Judith Shulman from Walla Walla.
There is a safety fence temporarily around the sculpture for concrete work to be completed.
