Missing West Richland teen found in King County, returned to parents

WEST RICHLAND, Wash. –

UPDATE Nov. 28 3:36 p.m.

The West Richland Police Department provided Nonstop Local with more information regarding the formerly missing teen.

WRPD Commander Mitchell Coates says 14-year-old Emma Liudahl was found near the Space Needle in Seattle without the 35-year-old she went to King County with.

Coates notes that it appears Liudahl left with the man willingly and WRPD says the man is not under any charges.

WRPD says Liudahl is back home safe with her parents and notes that the man and Liudahl have no relation to each other.

UPDATE Nov. 27 3:32 p.m.

According to the West Richland Police Department, Emma Liudahl was found safe in King County.

WRPD says a man is being interviewed by King County officers.

Liudahl was found with help from the WRPD, FBI, King County Law Enforcement and other local agencies.

UPDATE Nov. 27 2:30 p.m.

According to the Washington State Patrol, Emma Liudahl has been located and the Amber Alert has been cancelled.

UPDATE Nov. 27. 10:51 a.m.

The missing person alert for Emma Liudahl has been upgraded to an Amber Alert.

According to a social media post from West Richland Police, it is now believed that Ludahl was abducted/taken by 35-year-old Roger Perez-Osorio and that the two may be in the Seattle or King County area.

Liudahl was last seen on Saturday, Nov. 25 in Pasco. Anyone who sees her or who has any information about her whereabouts should call 509-628-0333 and reference case #23-11804.

The West Richland Police Department is asking for help finding a missing 14-year-old. WRPD says Emma was last seen in the 3800 block of Curtis Dr.

Emma is approximately 5’1″ with long brown hair. Police says she was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket, black skirt, white tights and black boots.
