MCC All-Conference Girls Basketball honors announced

TRI-CITIES, Wash.-The Mid-Columbia Conference has announced its 2024 All-Conference Girls Basketball Teams.

The Conference Champion Kamiakin Braves, who take on Bothell in the playoffs on Feb. 24, had the most all-conference selections, however, several local players were also recognized, including two Kennewick Lions who will take on Ridgeline in the playoffs on Feb. 23.

Malia Rudd of Chiawana was named Player of the Year, Emaunii Smith and Aubrey Herrin were Co-Defensive Players of the Year and Braves Head Coach Lane Schumaker was named Coach of the Year.
