KENNEWICK – One man is recovering in the hospital this morning after being hit by a car on W 1st Ave.
Kennewick Police Department says the man had been drinking and jumping out in front of random vehicles throughout the night.
One car hit him and only caused some minor road rash and some bleeding.
The man was taken to Kadlec for his wounds, but did not suffer any life threatening injuries.
