Fayetteville, AK – Former reality TV Star Josh Duggar has been found guilty of one count of receipt of child pornography after being arrested for having child sexual assault material.
A federal jury in Fayetteville, Arkansas found the 33-year old Duggar guilty Thursday. He faces up to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date.
His representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment from NBC news. Duggar pleaded not guilty to federal charges back in April.
He appeared on a TLC Network show with his family from 2008 to 2015 called “19 Kids and Counting.”
Today, prosecutors called the guilty verdict and landmark win in the fight against child abuse.
