Inaugural fund-raising bike ride with Prosser Rotary Club set for May 18

PROSSER, Wash. – Bicyclists and Prosser community members alike are invited to the Inaugural Prosser Rotary Bike Ride Fundraiser event on Sat., May 18.

The City of Prosser, the Prosser Rotary Club and the Prosser Boys & Girls Club are co-hosting event to bring support to the Rotary and its benefits to the community.

Riders will go from Prosser High School through Grandview to Sunnyside High School and back for a full 30-mile loop. Riders can also turn around at the Grandview Palacios Park for a 14-mile loop.

A $30 donation to the Rotary is requested from each rider. Registration is at 10 a.m. and the ride starts at 11 a.m.

A Historic Downtown Prosser Pony Trail Ride for children and their parents or caregivers is also available for free. Registration for that ride is at 11:30 a.m. and takes off at 12:30 p.m.
