TRI-CITIES, Wash.- The annual one-day sale of carnival wristbands for the Benton-Franklin Fair and Rodeo is Saturday, April 29 at Ranch and Home.
Wristbands will be sold for $30 ($10 off the regular price) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Kennewick Ranch and Home. The wristbands are good for one day of carnival rides at the fair from August 22-26.
