YAKIMA, Wash.-UPDATE. OCTOBER 25. 8:30 a.m. Due to continued power outages some schools in the East Valley School District have now cancelled classes for Wednesday, October 25.
Classes are cancelled at East Valley Elementary and East Valley Central according to the East Valley School District.
East Valley High School, Moxee Elementary and Terrace Heights Elementary are still running on a two-hour delay and will have classes.
According to the EVSD, sports practices at EVC have been cancelled as well.

All schools in the East Valley School District are currently running on a two-hour delay for Wednesday, October 25.
According to a EVSD social media post, the delay is due to a power outage in the area. Classes at all schools will start two-hours later than the normally scheduled start times.
