KENNEWICK, Wash.-The Grand Prize Award Ceremony for the Mid-Columbia Duck Race was held at Toyota of Tri-Cities on October 12.
The 35th Annual Mid-Columbia Duck Race was held on September 23, with 25,000 rubber ducks racing down the Columbia River for prizes, including the grand prize of a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Tri-Cities.
This year’s duck race was sponsored by Mid-Columbia Rotaries, including Rotary Clubs of Columbia Center, Columbia Valley Daybreak, Pasco-Kennewick, Richland, Richland Riverside and Tri-Cities Sunrise and raised $175,740.
Each rotary club will split the proceeds from the duck race fundraiser to support the charities of their choice.
