RICHLAND WASH.- At the intersection of Jadwin and Knight a driver crashed causing the stoplights to stop working.
The driver attempted to flee the scene after the crash. Officers were able to arrest the driver for DUI and hit and run.
City of Richland crews quickly rushed to the scene to repair the lights. They are expected to be up and running later tonight.
