RITZVILLE, Wa.-
A non-traffic collision turned deadly overnight Monday when the driver of a truck suffered a medical emergency while behind the wheel.
The State Patrol says the man was driving southbound on Highway 395 when he lost control about three miles south of Ritzville, near milepost 93.
The truck crashed through a barb wire fence, crossed another road, and came to rest about 200 feet off the roadway.
