BENTON COUNTY, Wash.- According to BCFD #1 a car crash has resulted in one death and several life-threatening injuries.
According to a social media post made to X (formally Twitter) BCFD #1 is now clearing the scene is a crash on East Homestead Road.
According to Jenna Kochenauer the PIO for Benton County Fire District 1, there were six occupants in the car.
One person is dead as a result of the crash, four were taken to a local hospital with injuries.
Kochenauer tells us that this is a tragic incident for many local families.
The crash is currently under investigation by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
