Child molestation charges dropped for Walla Walla first responder

WALLA WALLA, Wash. – In a press release from Gause Law, a Walla Walla firefighter is no longer facing charges for child molestation after 20 months of legal proceedings.

Anthony Spada was accused of child molestation in March 2022 and arrested for first and second degree child molestation along with obscenity for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes according to the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office.

Gause Law says Spada demonstrated that also noting that he passed a polygraph test on March 6, 2022, however he still went through court for two years.
