Applications for Senate Page Program opening soon for Washington teens

OLYMPIA, Wash.-Applications for students interested in serving as Pages in the State Senate will open November 1.

Teenagers ages 14-16 are encouraged to apply to serve in the Page Program for one week during the 2024 State Legislative session.

Washington State Senate Page application criteria:

Have parent or legal guardian permission.Obtain a recommendation from a teacher and your school principal.Be at least 14-years-old and have not reached your 17th birthday.Provide a Social Security card to receive the Page stipend of $65 a day (if you do not have a Social Security card you can still participate, but will not receive the stipend).
