KENNEWICK, Wash. — Washington State Patrol (WSP) reported a man crashed into a cement barrier and guardrail on SR 395 near milepost 18 just after 1 pm. WSP said he was sent to Trios Health for injuries.
The 24-year-old from Pasco was charged with DUI and negligent driving in the 2nd degree.
WSP said he was wearing a seat belt.
