Hanford Mission Integration Solutions issues letter of impasse to the Hanford Guards Union

BENTON COUNTY, Wash. – Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) issued a letter of impasse on Dec. 26 to the Hanford Guards Union after stalled negotiations.

HMIS gives the union one final opportunity to either accept the final offer or present a “mutually agreeable resolution.”

If neither options happen, HMIS says in the letter that it will implement the final offer and expect union members to return to work on a specified date and time.

Members of the Hanford Guards Union have been locked out of their jobs since Nov. 27.

NonStop Local reached out to the union regarding the letter of impasse and are waiting to hear back.

The full letter from HMIS can be found below.
