PASCO, Wash. — Pasco Fire Department responded to a garage fire near N. 15th Avenue and Shoshone Street Saturday night.

According to Chief Kevin Crowley, the caller reported seeing flames in the garage. Fire crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to the house, but officials said the attic received minor smoke damage.

Kennewick and Richland Fire Departments and Franklin County Fire District 3 responded to the call. Crews closed down 15th Avenue between Shoshone Street and 14th Avenue while they responded to the fire.

Crowley said crews reported no injuries, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
