YAKIMA, Wash.–A single story residence is now uninhabitable after a fire.
Two residents have been displaced and Red Cross was called to assist with their short term needs, said Mike Wagner, Yakima Fire Department Battalion Chief.
Four crews and 19 firefighters were called out around 2:23 p.m. to respond to the fire, and the cause is under investigation, Wagner said.
