YAKIMA, Wash. – The Yakima Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting that took place early Saturday morning, according to a news release.
YPD says at around 1:06 a.m., officers were sent to an apartment on the 1100 block of North 4th Street for a report of a gunshot victum.
Police and medical personnel found a 37-year-old man in the apartment with gunshot wounds. Despite emergency medical attention, he did not survive.
