YAKIMA, Wash. – A man with a warrant dating back to 1998 made his first court appearance in Yakima Superior Court on drug and gun charges.
Ruddock, who has a history of four felony and four gross misdemeanor convictions, was arrested at Superior Laundry, according to court documents.
Investigators said a search warrant was executed at Ruddock’s apartment where drug paraphernalia, fentanyl, methamphetamine and a loaded .380 caliber handgun were seized.
Ruddock had an active arrest warrant in California for “Dangerous Drugs,” issued on May 14, 1998.
