UNION GAP, Wash. – The Yakima Health District Board of Health will host its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
One key item on the agenda includes a discussion led by Mayor Patricia Byers regarding a letter to Governor Bob Ferguson. The letter outlines the potential negative impact of losing federal funds for Yakima County.
Residents are invited to attend in person and provide comments directly to the Board.
For those unable to attend, the meeting will be streamed live on the Yakima Health District’s Facebook page. A recording will be available on the district’s YouTube channel by the end of the day.
The meeting will run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Yakima Health District’s large conference room located at 1210 Ahtanum Ridge Dr.
