SUNNYSIDE, Wash.- Yakima Eco Solutions invite residents to recycle all Christmas wrapping and glass at the Sunnyside recycling event on Dec. 29.
The event will be Sunday Dec. 29 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sunnyside community center or 1521 S 1st St, Sunnyside, WA.
There is a $5 fee to recycle. According to Yakima Eco Solutions the proceeds will benefit the Sunnyside community pool.
The event is a great way to get rid of any gift wrapping or recyclable materials from Christmas according to Yakima Eco Solutions
Item that will be accepted include:
– Cardboard
– Mixed paper
– Aluminum and tin cans
– Glass
The $5 fee can be paid with cash or card.
