SUNNYSIDE, Wash. – The Yakima County Development Association (YCDA) is kicking off its 2025 Business Outreach Series with an event in Sunnyside on Feb. 26 at the Sunnyside Community Center.
This free event aims to connect local businesses with valuable tools, expertise and support from local resources. Spanish translation services will be available based on registration.
Business owners in Sunnyside will have the chance to meet with resource partners and learn about the assistance available for their businesses. Attendees can also discover upcoming programs offered by YCDA.
“Our goal is to connect businesses with resource partners,” said Jon Smith, Executive Director at YCDA. “By bringing these resources to the local municipality we hope to encourage ongoing connection and ultimately create more opportunities for economic growth in our county.”
The program is supported by YCDA’s investors, the Community Reinvestment Project funded through South Central Workforce and a grant from the Washington Economic Development Finance Authority (WEDFA).
