
KENNEWICK, Wash. – Washington State University Tri-Cities will hold its 2025 commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 3.
More than 300 graduates will participate in the ceremony at the Toyota Center, starting at 1:00 p.m.
The event celebrates the hard work and dedication of the students as they complete their academic journeys.
The event will begin with the Tri-Cities Big Band playing the prelude, followed by the academic processional.
Michelle Whitney, superintendent of the Pasco School District, will deliver the keynote address.
Other speakers include Chancellor Sandra D. Haynes, Vice Chancellor Kathleen McAteer, Rafael B. Pruneda, president-elect of the WSU Alumni Association and Yasmeen Lagunas, vice-president of the Associated Students of Washington State University Tri-Cities.
