WALLA WALLA, Wash. – Walla Walla County Superior Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of an accused repeat offender of sex crimes.
The warrant instructs all peace officers in the state to arrest Maxwell Grady for the crime of voyeurism stemming from a July 18, 2024 arrest for following a woman into a bathroom and attempting to film her, according to court documents.
The documents also reference two similar cases involving Grady at Walla Walla Community College and Pioneer Park.
On July 19, 2024, the Walla Walla Police Department announced on Facebook that Grady was arrested but later released on his own recognizance. His recent arrest in Pasco on March 11, 2025, was for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation.
In addition to these incidents, the Kennewick Police Department is investigating Grady for similar cases in Kennewick.
Questions remain about why the warrant was issued nearly a year after Grady’s release and why charges were not filed in 2024. Further inquiries are ongoing.
