Pooch and Pal Fun Run

Pet Over Population is hosting their Pooch and Pal Fun Run/Walk Saturday, May 3. Runners and walkers can show up with their pups starting at 8:30a.m. for registration and the Star Wars themed pet costume contest! The run starts at 9:30a.m. with the option to walk or run the 1K or 5K course.

You can join the fiesta Sunday, May 4 at the Benton County Fairgrounds for Tacos, Tequilas and Chelas. Indulge in delicious tacos, sip on refreshing tequila and enjoy ice cold chelas (beer). It is an all day event with the car show starting at 9a.m. until 2p.m. You can get tickets to the live performances later in the day online.

The Yakima Taco Fest returns! The Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host the event Saturday May, 3. Starting at 2p.m. you can head to the Downtown Yakima Rotary Pavilion for delicious tacos, drinks, live music and vibrant culture. You will get the chance to sample a variety of mouthwatering flavors from different vendors while enjoying performances from local artists!
