WASHINGTON – Residents in Washington’s 15th Legislative District can join a virtual town hall with state legislators on Tuesday, April 1, at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Senator Nikki Torres of Pasco announced she will join Representatives Jeremie Dufault of Selah and Chris Corry of Yakima in hosting the event, offering updates on the 2025 legislative session.
The forum will cover public safety, economic development, agriculture, education, and transportation, Torres said.
Sen. Torres emphasized the importance of communication, stating, “Our goal is to keep an open line of communication with the people we serve.”
Rep. Dufault highlighted the need for community engagement. “We want to ensure that the voices of our communities are heard in Olympia,” he said.
Rep. Corry encouraged participation, adding, “Whether you have a specific concern or just want to stay informed, this town hall will provide valuable insights.”
Residents are invited to bring their questions and share thoughts on key issues impacting the district.
