RICHLAND, Wash.–A passenger in a car fired shots at the exterior of Lee’s Tahitan Monday before driving away.

No one was injured but Richland officers found seven shell casings and seven wall impacts at the scene, according to the Richland Police Department. Less than an hour later, police found the suspect vehicle and detained the two men inside after noticing a firearm.

One suspect was in possession of a gun illegally, and had been arrested previously for another drive-by shooting, according to RPD. The second suspect had outstanding warrants and took the vehicle without permission.

Both were booked in the Benton County Jail and the vehicle was seized.
