
KENNEWICK, Wash.–Two men attempted to sell stolen property online after a theft on the 1300 block of N. Columbia Center Blvd.
Kennewick Police located the two suspects, a 42-year-old and 30-year-old, with a heavy duty truck in a nearby parking lot, according to KPD. The 42-year-old was taken into custody, but the 30-year-old fled in the truck.
Officers were not successful at stopping the man, but eventually found the truck, which was reported as stolen, abandoned off of Gage Blvd, according to KPD.
The 30-year-old was found at a residence nearby, and when he saw he was surrounded, he came out and was placed into custody on multiple charges, according to KPD. It is suspected the man was involved in other thefts at the same location, and those incidents are being investigated.
The 42-year-old was arrested for trafficking stolen property in the second degree and theft in the third degree, according to KPD.
