PITTSBURGH — The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has released its 2026 canine calendar, featuring 13 of the agency’s explosive detection dogs.

Among the stars of this year’s calendar is Steeler, a nearly 3-year-old Labrador Retriever. Steeler works at the Pittsburgh International Airport and was the winner of last year’s TSA Cutest Canine Contest.

The calendar is an annual tradition celebrating the hard work of the TSA’s more than 1,000 explosive detection dogs. Each year, the TSA trains about 300 dogs to join their ranks.

The calendar highlights the important role these dogs play in airport security, ensuring the safety of travelers across the nation.
