KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Tri-Cities Vintage Market is set to take place at the Benton County Fairgrounds, offering a unique opportunity for those interested in vintage clothing and goods.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, starting at 9 a.m. for early birds and 10 a.m. for general admission, running until 4 p.m.
Timothy Leingang, the owner of The Fuzzy Felt (a digital storefront for clothes, physical media and more), shared insights about the market’s origins.
“The collection of vintage clothing and vintage goods that I had was a lot,” he said.
In 2017, Leingang launched The Fuzzy Felt to connect with people searching for unique items.
Leingang explained the appeal of vintage markets.
“Environmentally, it’s good to recycle, but for me, fashion is an expression of my individuality,” he said.
Tickets can be purchased on the event’s website, but tickets can also be purchased at the door.
The Fuzzy Felt can also be found on social media.
