RICHLAND, Wash.–A memorial ride will be held Sunday for Jhoser Sanchez, a 20-year-old motorcyclist killed in a vehicle collision involving a WSP Trooper.
Motorcyclists can meet at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at New Vintage Church Tri-Cities, and the ride will start at 2:30 p.m., according to the event page.
