WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – Drivers in West Richland may see traffic impacts starting Mon., March 31 due to the Keene Road Pathway Project, according to the City of West Richland.
The project, which will take six weeks to complete, will create a 12-foot pathway from Belmont Boulevard to Van Giesen Street.
The City says there may be traffic impacts throughout the six weeks.
