
KENNEWICK, Wash. – A church food pantry was set on fire on Monday by two teen boys, according to the Kennewick Police Department.
According to KPD in a social media post, an officer saw flames coming from a bench at Kennewick First Christian Church before two juvenile boys, who appeared to be between the ages of 12 and 14, ran away eastbound from the parking lot.
The food pantry sustained some damage, with some items inside “destroyed and strewn across the ground,” KPD said.
